Rob Gagnon – Director of Midget Hockey
We believe that the strength of our teams and proven success in collegiate and professional player advancement is what makes us different from other programs. Our program is led by Rob Gagnon. Rob has a distinguished playing and coaching career. Rob was a three sport captain at Avon Old Farms from 1992-1994, was a scholarship player at the University of New Hampshire from 1994-1998 and had the honor of playing for Team USA on the Select 17 Team in 1992. Rob has served as the Head Coach at Cushing Academy (a top New England Prep School Hockey Program) from 2007 to 2017 and was the Head Coach at Hebron Academy from 2005-2007. After his prep school coaching career, Rob turned his attention to split-season hockey at the U16 level where he coached Yale at the Tier 1 National Bound division.
In addition to being a coach, Rob owns and operates a sports advisory company called Advanced Hockey Advisors and represents upwards of 30 elite prospects in New England.
